Hannah's Honey
Hannah's Honey
Single source raw honey from founder Hannah Haworth’s hives. Hannah’s bees are raised tenderly with lots of conversation, love and with natural and herbal technique! The bees feed on the wild meadows + forests of the mountaintop where she lives in Catskill State Park.
Bottled just a few feet from the hives, in their family home in Windham, NY.
1.5lbs of honey per jar
raw, single source
nothing added at all, no preservatives, chemical free, no heating/pasteurization.
the only processing was to pour the honey through a kitchen strainer, to filter out the beeswax for a smooth finish
may contain small ‘clouds’ these are just air bubbles in the honey and occur when the honey is raw/unpasteurized
