Handwoven Hand Towel - Blue Bird

These towels are handmade from an ancient heirloom variety of cotton that is rain-fed and grown organically. The cotton yarns are unbleached and naturally dyed before being handwoven by a cooperative of artisans that has been creating this cotton for generations.

The blue is dyed with indigo, and the brown is dyed with Acacia.

All of our textiles are sourced ourselves. We love the soft hand-loomed cotton and the imperfections that come from hand spinning and dye variation.

• Hand tied fringe, selvedge on long edges

• wash on cold/delicate cycle with mild detergent, natural dyes can run- add a spoonful of vinegar to help fix the natural dye, wash with like colors
